Personal information concerning site users is confidential. VPWhite is responsible for processing the data collected, in accordance with the 2018 General Data Protection Regulation on the protection of personal data.
Use of the site and/or information provided via the VPWhite contact forms by the user constitutes express and unreserved consent to the processing of their personal data. Users have the right to withdraw their consent at a later date (see Right to Access, Modify, or Delete Data).

Purpose of Data Processing
The data collected by VPWhite during use of the site is processed to enable access to the resources available on the site, identify users, improve services, and distribute editorial content and conduct sales prospecting operations.
Data Circulation
VPWhite only uses the data collected from its users for its own purposes. The data is stored on a third-party platform, Brevo, to send newsletters or marketing campaigns, or to publish specific content.
Retention Period
When our visitors explicitly provide us with their contact information to subscribe to the newsletter or request to be contacted, we collect the personal data mentioned above. The personal data collected by VPWhite when accessing its resources is retained for a maximum period of 36 months from the date of collection, in order to continue to inform users of the evolution of our services and the availability of new content.
Right to Access, Modify, or Delete Data
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, users have the right to access, rectify, erase, limit, object, and request the portability of their personal data. These rights may be exercised by sending a written request to the following address: privacy@vpwhite.com. Users also have the right to file complaints with the CNIL regarding the exercise of the aforementioned rights.
